The Serious Problems In Education And Solutions

There are main serious problems in education:
1.    expensiveness in cost
       Solutions:
a.    Government should take a responsibility to enhance educational budget.
b.    Enhancing scholarships for students in middle and higher educational level.
c.    Stopping all costs which did not related with developing of educational quality.


2.    Corruption of educational budget
Solutions:
a.    Publishing and reporting the budgets spending to publics through mass media.
b.     Enforcing the law toward officers and biro crates who have corrupted the educational budgets.
c.    Selecting the schools’ headmasters objectively and transparently.

3.    Educational management
Solutions: Improving of participation and accountability in arranging and planning the educational policies.

4.    School’s management
Solutions:
a.    Developing the democratic values in school’s management.
b.    Recruiting the principal based on his/her competence.

5.    Lack of schools’ facilities
Solution: making a priority to fulfill the facilities based on minimal standard of education.

6.    Teachers’ welfare
Solution: the salary of teachers should be improved

7.    Teacher professionalism
Solutions:
a.    Giving the choice to teachers in enhancing their basic professional development.
b.    Facilitating the teachers in developing their professional development.

8.    Teachers’ Recruitment and distributing system
Solutions:
a.    The recruitment process should be transparent and accountable based on their capabilities and competencies.
b.    Distributing the teachers based on area or district requirement.
c.    Giving a special salary to teachers who serve in remote location.
