Actually, teachers’ quality is the key.

Teachers in Finland are selected tightly from candidates. The selected teachers are trained with the best training as well. Moreover, the teacher profession in Finland is the most respectful profession.  Only the best student can continue to schools of education. It is usually 1:7 ratios that can be accepted. Students who continue their study in educational school is much more prestigious than students who continue other prestigious schools such as medical or Law School.

The teachers are able to construct and manage their own curriculum, classroom environment, and text book that they choose independently.
